This beautiful coffee from Guji has been enhanced through a semi-anaerobic process prior to drying. Highlighting its fruity acidity, you’ll find tropical fruit flavors in the cup with warm, spicy notes and a juicy body.
Natural process Yirgacheffe coffees are world-renowned for their
fruity acidity and floral aroma. Our Aricha lot is a great example
of this, with complex fruit tones and a silky, smooth body.
This is a regional lot sourced from multiple farmers in the Inza municipality
on the western side of the Cauca region. In the cup you will find a balanced,
sweet coffee that is sure to please.
We selected this lot from our friends at Fazenda Samambaia for
those who prefer low acidity coffees. It features a big body with
plenty of chocolate and caramel to coat your palate.
