Colombia Arcila “200 Hour”
Anaerobic coffees are known for being wild and funky, but Jairo Arcila produces some of the “cleanest” anaerobics in the world. This lot underwent a well-controlled anaerobic process for 200 hours before drying. The cup is packed with tropical fruits and a beautiful hibiscus note.

This premium coffee from Hayma was processed by our friends at Qima using their proprietary Alchemy process. This is one of the best coffees we have ever offered. The cup is an incredibly complex, tropical fruit bomb with a floral bouquet laced throughout.

This peaberry lot is sourced from our friends at Sigri Estate in the Wahgi Valley. On their farm the coffee trees are protected by old growth shade trees creating a cup that is low in acidity and super sweet.

Colombia Arcila Blackberry Co-Fermentation
This is not for the faint of heart! Jairo Arcila grew this coffee at his farm La Pradera and processed it with actual blackberries. The result is a fruity cup led by a strong blackberry note with a hint of eucalyptus in the background.

Grown primarily by Abdullah Al-Hibri and his relatives in Bani Matar this coffee is exactly what a natural process Yemen coffee should be! In the cup it begins with peach and cherry notes leading to a milk chocolate finish with hints of cinnamon and vanilla.
